the 3-step process

GREET. First, we'll discuss current problems or eyesores as well as what you hope to achieve and the budget. We'll take notes and proactively brainstorm with you to realize practical and well-planned solutions that embody the business' potential. ​

PLAN. Next, we'll draw up a plan of attack and a timeline and consider the contractors and companies that would best help us achieve your vision while remaining within budget. Once the plan is approved, we'll get to work!

WORK. Collaborate with LONNIA BROOKS DESIGN & EVENTS to have ultimate control over every part of the process as it's being carried out, or leave supervision of the project in our most capable hands. If you decide to proceed with a laissez-faire approach, then we will oversee all minor style and design decisions as well as handle any issues with contractors and suppliers that might arise and keep all parties on task and within budget. The choice is yours!
