MEET AND DISCUSS. First, we'll discuss your family's needs and wants and budget. During this step, we strive to learn as much as possible about you—your sense of style, your favorite colors, the desired functionality of the residence, and problems that might have been present in previous homes that you wish to avoid.

PRESENT AND CUSTOMIZE. Next, we'll draw up a plan of attack and a timeline and meet with your preferred builder. Of course, we have our own recommendations for reputable companies, however, we are willing to work with any builder! We'll look through their library of builds and start customizing using your design plans.

BUILD. Collaborate with LONNIA BROOKS DESIGN & EVENTS to have ultimate control over every part of the building process, or leave supervision of the residence in our most capable hands. If you decide to implement a laissez-faire approach, then we will oversee all minor style and design decisions as well as handle issues with contractors and suppliers, and keep all parties on task and within budget. The choice is yours!
